Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor was it previously submitted to another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor)
- The author declares that she/he has read and accepted the journal's Guidelines (PEMS) about publishing ethics (https://www.rivisteweb.it/publisherEthics).
- The author declares that the article has not been produced using artificial intelligence systems, except to an ancillary and in any case insignificant extent, the methods and purposes of which (such as, for example, the creation of indexes, notes or keywords, the production of images or the writing of portions) will be declared at the same time as the article is sent to the Journal.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points rather than at the end
- In-text references must follow the author-date citation system (Author, year), and the reference list should adhere to the publisher’s style
- Appendixes should be provided at the end of the main document, and not as a separate file
- As for publisher requirements, please note that all figures and graphs must be provided both in black, white and grey, and in colours after final acceptance
- The author declares that she/he has obtained the necessary written authorizations to reproduce any illustrations and photographs accompanying the article and that they have delivered a copy to the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal.
