Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). / L'articolo non è stato precedentemente pubblicato, né sottoposto a un'altra rivista (o è stata fornita una spiegazione nei Commenti per l’Editore).
• The author declares that she/he has read and accepted the journal's Guidelines (PEMS) about publishing ethics (https://www.rivisteweb.it/publisherEthics). / L'autrice/autore dichiara di avere preso visione e accettato il Codice etico della rivista (https://www.rivisteweb.it/publisherEthics).
• The author declares that no artificial intelligence systems were used in the production of this article, except as a mere aid and, in any case, in full compliance with legislation on copyright and transparency in the use of artificial intelligence. Subject to this guarantee, the author undertakes to declare any auxiliary use of AI (such as the creation of indexes, notes or keywords, the creation of images or the writing of portions), the modalities and purposes of which will be declared at the time the article is submitted to the Journal. / L'autrice/autore dichiara che per la realizzazione dell’articolo non è stato fatto uso di sistemi di intelligenza artificiale, se non come mero ausilio e in ogni caso nel pieno rispetto della normativa sul diritto d’autore e sulla trasparenza nell’uso dell’intelligenza artificiale. Ferma restando tale garanzia, si impegna a dichiarare eventuali usi ausiliari dell’AI (come, ad esempio, per l’ausilio nella creazione di indici, note o keywords, nella realizzazione di immagini o nella scrittura di porzioni) contestualmente all’invio dell’articolo alla Rivista.
• The author warrants not to input, process or otherwise use the article (in whole or in part) – or to permit third parties to do so – through artificial intelligence tools or systems, unless such tools or systems ensure, through appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards, that the article is not communicated, disseminated or made accessible to third parties in any form; it is not used, even in aggregated or anonymised form, for the purposes of training, developing, improving or validating AI models, algorithms or systems; it is not retained for longer than is strictly necessary for the performance of the service requested by the Author. / L'autrice/autore dichiara di non inserire o elaborare o comunque utilizzare l’articolo (in tutto o in parte) – o permettere tali operazioni a terzi – con strumenti o in sistemi di intelligenza artificiale, salvo che essi assicurino, mediante idonee garanzie contrattuali, organizzative e tecniche, che tale articolo non è comunicato, diffuso o reso accessibile a terzi, sotto qualsiasi forma; non è utilizzato, neppure in forma aggregata o anonimizzata, per finalità di addestramento, sviluppo, miglioramento o validazione di modelli, algoritmi o sistemi AI; non è conservato oltre il tempo strettamente necessario all’esecuzione del servizio richiesto dall’autrice/autore.
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format. / Il file dell’invio è in formato OpenOffice, Microsoft Word o RTF.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided. / Dove disponibili sono stati forniti gli URL per i riferimenti bibliografici.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. / Il testo è a spaziatura singola; utilizza un carattere grandezza 12; utilizza il corsivo e non la sottolineatura (eccetto per gli indirizzi URL); tutte le illustrazioni, figure e tabelle sono inserite nel testo nei punti appropriati.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. /

• An anonymised version of the article is also submitted for peer reviewing. / L’articolo è inviato anche in forma anonimizzata per essere sottoposto alla peer review.
• The author declares that she/he has obtained the necessary written authorizations to reproduce any illustrations and photographs accompanying the article and that they have delivered a copy to the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal. / L'autrice/autore dichiara di aver ottenuto le autorizzazioni scritte necessarie per a riprodurre le eventuali illustrazioni e fotografie, a corredo dell’articolo, e di averne consegnato copia alla Direttrice/al Direttore della Rivista.
